New Approach Missouri Sues Missouri Secretary of State Jason Kander
On August 9, 2016, Secretary of State Kander issued a Certificate of Insufficiency concerning the New Approach Missouri (NAM) Initiative Petition. As most of you already know, the Certificate of Insufficiency indicated the Initiative Petition did not contain sufficient valid signatures to qualify for placement on the November 2016 ballot. NAM hired counsel to file a lawsuit in Cole County, Missouri challenging Kander's findings.
